Cerise Hood nukke / Cerise Hood doll

 Cerise Hood on kolmas ja viimeinen esiteltävä toisesta signature julkaisusta. Hän on muista poiketen toisia pidempi, yhtä pitkä kuin Hunter Huntsman. Hänellä on hieman tummempi iho, lähelle Ashlyn Ellan ihonväriä. Hänellä on pitkät, suorat, tummanruskeat hiukset ja tuuhea, suora otsatukka jossa on valkoinen osio. Osa hiuksista on vapaana ja pieni osa sivusta on kahdesta kohdin kiinnitetty ja roikkuu etupuolella vasempaan käteen sidottuna. Cerisen värit ovat punainen, musta, harmaa, hopea ja ruskea. Hänen teemansa on metsä- ja susikeskeinen.

Cerise Hood is third and last to review from the second Signatures. She is taller than the other girls, as tall as Hunter Huntsman. She has slightly tanned skin, close to Ashlynn Ella's skin tone. She has straight, tall, dark brown hair with dense, straight bangs with white partition. Most of her hair flows free but she has small section token from the side and tied from two places hanging in front, yet rubberbanded to her left hand. Cerises colours are red, black, grey, silver and brown. Her theme is very forest and wolf orientated.

Tässä on esimerkki pituuseroista; Signature Madelaine Hatter edustaa lyhyintä nukkemallia, Legacy Day Raven Queen edustaa peruspituista nukkea ja Cerise Hood on tytöistä ainut näin pitkä nukke.

Here is an example of the height differences on dolls; Signature Madelaine Hatter represents the shortest doll model, Legacy day Raven Queen is the standard height and Cerise Hood is the only girl who is this tall. 

  
Cerisen iho näyttää tässä paljon vaaleammalle kuin todellisuudessa. Vaihtelevat kuvausolosuhteet kun on luonnonvalon varassa ja kuvaa eri kellonaikoihin. ;)
Cerisellä on harmaata, hopeista ja tummanharmaata luomiväriä sekä tummemmat kulmakarvat. Niissä on myös ensimmäisenä yritetty saada todellisuuden tuntua jättämällä muutama karva erikseen alussa. Itse piirrän kulmakarvat hyvin usein näin joten luonnollisesti pidän tästä ja paljon. Luulisi myös että harmaata ja hopeaa luomilla harmaille silmille näyttäisi liian yksipuoliselta mutta minusta Cerisellä on todella kauniit silmät. Huulilla hänellä on beigen ja vaalean mauvan väristä huulipunaa.
Kuvassa erottuu hyvin koko pään levyiset etuhiukset sekä erotettu hiusosio.

Cerises skin looks a lot lighter in here than in reality. The joy of varying shooting conditions when you shoot with natural light and in different times. ;)
Cerise has grey, silver and darker grey eyeshadow and darker brows. For the first time they have tried to get some reality in them too by having few hairs out in the beginning. I draw the brows often like it so naturally I like it a lot. You'd also thought that grey and silver for grey eyes would bee too blank but I think Cerise has very beautiful eyes. On lips she has mixed beige and mauve lipstick. In the picture you can see the whole head width bangs well. 

Yksi pettymys nukessa oli; hänellä ei ole suden korvia. Hänellä on vain hiukan terävät korvanpäät joita muilla ei ole. Minusta tässä olisi voinut olla radikaalimpi ja tehdä oikeat, suuremmat ja pidemmät korvat. Tuoda oikeasti esille hänen suden geenejä.

There was one disappointment in the doll; she doesn't have wolf ears. She has only just slightly pointed ears which others doesn't have. I think here they could have done better and make the more real, bigger, pointy ears. Really bring out her wolf genes. 

Cerisen viitta on puoliympyrän muotoinen joka on punaisella vuorityllillä vedetty pussimaiseksi. Huppu on kirkkaan punainen mutta itse viittaosa vaihtelee valkoisesta punaiseen ja on täynnä mustia ja hopeisia oksia. Hupussa on reikä hiuksille jotta ne voivat tippua vapaasti selkään ja sen voi vetää pitkälle peittämään Cerisen kasvoja. Viitta suljetaan edestä koristeellisilla ketjuhaoilla.   

Cerises cape is a half circle that is gathered a bit baggy with red lining tulle. The hood is bright red but the cape's surface gradients from white to red and is filled with black and silver branches. In the hood there is a hole from where the hair can drop to the back and it's big enough that you can pull it to cover her face. The cape is closed with decorative clasps.

Ensimmäinen kerta kun Cerise riisui viittansa. Hänellä on punamusta tartan kuvioinen helmasta viistoon leikattu tunika jossa on musta-hopeiset, kyynärpituiset hihat ja musta, vahvasti rypytetty kaksikerroksinen tyllihelma. Hänellä on harmaan hopeiset legginsit joissa krakleerattu kuvio. Hänellä on suuri. ruskea nahkavyö jossa on kolme nahkahihnaa pitämässä sitä kiinni. Vyöstä roikkuu kaksi hopeista ketjua joiden yhdistymiskohdasta tippuu yksi ketju alas jonka päässä on lehden muotoinen koru. Tuo tunika ja vyö on jotain jotka haluan tehdä itellenikin.

The first time Cerise has token her cape off. She has black and red tartan patterned tunic cut unevenly from the hem. The tunic has black and silver elbow length lace sleeves and gathered, two layered, black, tulle hem. She has grey -silver leggings with cracked pattern. She has large leather belt with three leather straps. From the belt there drops two silver chains and where they gather one chain drops and holds a leaf -shaped, silver pendant. That tunic and belt are something I want to do for myself as well. 

Cerisen bootsit ovat ruskeaa nahkaa ja yläreunassa on kaksi nahkaremmiä. Nauhojen päässä on pienet karvatupsut ja edessä nahkaremmin alta lähtee koristeelliset hapsut.
Ilman noita hapsuja nämä olisivat yliupeat kengät.

Cerises boots are brown leather and on the top there is two leather straps. In the end of the laces there is a small piece of fur. In the front from under a small leather strap there leaves a decorative leather tassels.
Without those tassels these boots would be over the top.

Viitta kiinnitetään kahdella korukivellä jotka yhdistyvät kolminkertaisella ketjulla. Oikeasti kivien pitäisi olla punaiset. (Maalausta tiedossa) Cerisen vyö ja koru lähempää. Hänellä on myös musta, nahkainen rannekoru joka kiinnitetään kahdella nahkahihnalla. Hänen sormuksensa on punainen korukivi, samanlainen kuin viitan kiinnityksessä käytetyt.

The cape is shut with two decorative stone clasps which are united with three silver chains. The stones should be red so painting in the future. Closer look to Cerise's belt. She also has black leather bracelet with two leather straps around it and a ring which has a similar decorative stone as the cape clasps has. 

Punahilkan eväskori ja nuken löysä ranne joka ei jaksa pitää sitä ylhäällä.
Kori on ruskeaa punosta jonka päällä on harmaa puna tartankuvioinen liina. Reunat ovat joko karvaa tai rypytettyä kangasta, en oikein ota selvää, mutta siinä on kunnon lukot jotka ovat samanlaiset kuin viitassa olevat korukivet. Sanka on punainen ja punottu ja sen päässä ovat suloiset, punaiset rusetit.

Little Red Riding Hoods basket and the loose wrist of the doll that can't hold it well. 
The basket is brown and weaved and is covered with grey and red tartan cloth. The edge is either grey fur or folded fabric, I really can't tell. But it has good, sturdy locks, similar to the decorative stone clasps on her hood. The strap is red and twisted and has cute, red bows on the both ends of it. 

Blondie Lockes nukke / Blondie Lockes doll

Blondie perfektionistina ei suostuisi kuvauksiin laatikkohiuksissaan joten hän sai mehupilli- ja kiehuva vesi kiharruksen kutreilleen.
Blondiella on kultaisen kellertävät hiukset vaaleammilla raidoilla, joita ei tosin hevin erota. Hänellä on kolmiomainen osio levitettynä otsahiuksiksi koko pään leveydeltä ja lievästi kiharrettu. Muuten hiukset on vedetty hiuspannalla taakse.

As a perfectionist Blondie would have never agreed to be shot with her box hair so she got straw and boiling water curling to her hair. 

Blondie has golden yellow hair with lighter stripes that blends into the overall colour. She has a triangle shaped part token and made as her bangs which are as wide as her head and slightly curled. Otherwise the hair is pulled back by her headband.

Kiharruksesta tuli hieman liian vahva mutta onneksi gravitaatio ajan kanssa tekee hiuksista sen näköiset kuin niiden kuuluukin olla.

Blondie on toisesta signature julkaisesta ja pimeästä päivästä huolimatta yhtä vaalea kuin Raven ja Applekin. Hän on peruspituinen mutta hieman klenkkaava koska hänen jalka katkesi talvella ja liimaus ei osunut millilleen.  

Blondien värit ovat keltainen ja sininen ja teema pyörii vahvasti avainten, karhujen ja rusettien ympärillä. 

Tämä nukke oli niitä yksiä jonka nähdessä tuli sellainen 'pakko saada tuo, NYT!' -olo. Joten ostinkin sen sillä hetkellä vaikka olikin hiukan kallis. Aikuisuuden etuja. (Silloin näitä vielä myytiin Suomessa)

The curls came too tight but luckily the gravitation will pull them to look like they should during time. 

Blondie is from the second signature release and despite the very dark day she's as fair as Raven and Apple. She's standard height but a bit wobbly as her leg broke off in winter and the gluing wasn't completely precise. 

Blondie's colours are yellow and blue and her theme goes with keys, bears and bows. 

This is one of the dolls that when I saw her I had the 'I have to get that NOW' -feeling. So I bought her then even though she was a bit pricey. Perks of being an adult. (They were selling the dolls in Finland that time)

Blondie välillä näyttää toiselta kaksoselta 'Hohdosta'...

Hänellä on pinkki ja persikan värinen, luonollinen silmämeikki, punastuneet posket ja vaaleanpunaiset huulet. Hänellä on siniset silmät ja hän muistuttaakin ehkä satuhahmoista eniten vanhempaansa. Hiuksissaan hänellä on sininen hiuspanta jossa on suuri, sininen rusetti hieman oikealla puolen. 

Blondie sometimes looks like the other twin from 'the Shining'...

She has pink and peach, natural eye make-up, blushed cheeks and light pink lips. She has big blue eyes and she perhaps does remind the most of ones parent from everyone. In her hair she has a blue headband with big, blue bow placed slightly on the right. 

Blondiella on mekko jonka yläosa on vaaleankeltainen kangas sinisillä avaimilla ja yläosaan on painettu mustalla nappiosio jonka yläpäässä on vaaleankeltainen rusetti. Hänellä on siniset, rypytetyt kaulus ja puolihihat.

Hame on todella leveä ja laskostuu kauniisti. Se muuttuu alaosan tummansinisestä yläosan keltaiseen ja siihen on painettu sinisissä rusettikehyksissä  söpöjä pikkukarhuja joista voi löytää isä, äiti ja pikkukarhun. Kuvien välissä on mustalla kaksi kaartuvaa kasvia (jotka muistuttaa minusta lähinnä ahvenvitaa) ja kolme lehteä. Alareunaan on painettu mustalla pitsikuvio. Vyötäröllä hänellä on todella lyhyt, sininen koristehelma joka on avoin ja pyöristetty edestä. Hänellä on myös siniset sukkahousut.
Tämä mekko on miusta yhtä suloinen kuin nukkekin. Nuo karhukuvat ovat ihana lisä, että jos niitä katsoo tarkemmin tajuaa että ne ovatkin hänen tarinan kolme karhua. <3

Blondie has a dress which bodice is light yellow with blue keys and on the top there is printed a button part. On the top of them is a light yellow bow. She has blue, ruffled, tulle collar and half sleeves. 
The skirt is really wide and folds beautifully. It changes from the bottoms dark blue to light yellow on top. It has a row of printed pictures of cute, small bears in blue ribbon frames. You can find mom, dad and small bear from them. In the middle of the pictures there is two, black curved plants (that reminds clasping-leaf pondweed in my opinion) and three leaves. On the waist she has very short, blue decorative hem which is open and rounded from the front. She also wears blue stockings.
I think this dress is as cute as the doll. I love those bear pictures and that if you look at them more closely you find out they're the bears of her story. <3

  

Kengät ovat aivan ihanat! Mustat korkobootsit (onko tuo edes sana?) joiden korko on musta avain jonka yläpää on sydän ja kanta on vahvasti koristeltu. Nauhoituksen yläpäässä on rusetti ja reunusta koristaa ruskea turkis. Hieman ironista että hän käyttää ruskeaa turkista, karhun turkkia... mutta se on tekoturkista.

The shoes are adorable! Black boots with a key as a heel with heart and big decorations on the top of it. They're laced and have a bow on top of the lacing and they have brown fur top. It's a bit ironic she wears brown fur, bear fur... but it's faux. 

  

Koruina hänellä on roikkuvat, kultaiset korvakorut joissa on avain ja karhu. Hänellä on myös kultainen rannekoru josta roikkuu sydämiä, avaimia ja karhuja. Mutta ei yhtään rusettia näissä! :D

As jewelry she has hanging, golden earrings which has a key and a bear in it. She also has golden bracelet with heart, key and bear charms. 
But no bows here! :D

   
Blondien käsilaukku on suuri, kultainen sydämenmuotoinen lukko. Se on koristeltu ornamentein ja lehdin reunoilta ja lukko on käsilaukun keskellä. Lukon kaari on sininen ja toimittaa hihnan virkaa.
Tiirikoihokan hän laukun aina auki vai onko hänellä siihen avain?

Blondies handbag is big, golden, heart shaped lock. It's decorated with ornaments and leaves from the sides and the lock is in the middle of the bag. The arc of the lock is blue and works as a strap. 
I wonder does she lockpick it open every time or does she have a key to it?

C. A. Cupid nukke / C. A. Cupid doll

C. A. Cupid on toisesta signature -nukke julkaisusta ja on peruspituinen. Hänellä on perusvaalea iho joka kuitenkin on asteen tummempi kuin vaaleaihoisilla kanssasisarillaan. Tai sitten on kyse tämän nukke-erän väristä. Hänellä on pinkit hiukset joihin on sekoitettu vaaleampaa pinkkiä mutta hiukset näyttävät yksivärisiltä. Hän on ensimmäinen nukke jonka hiukset yltävät vain vyötärölle asti. (Ja koska on juuri avattu laatikosta hänellä on todella paha 'box hair' eli sekaisin olevat, laineikkaat ja päistään karheat hiukset.) Hauska huomio jonka juuri tein on että kaikilla toisen signature -julkaisun nukeilla on muuten otsahiukset! Cupidilla ne on pieni osio edestä kiharrettuna miltei rullalle. Cupidin värit ovat pinkki ja sen kaikki sävyt, musta ja pronssi. Hänellä on monia viitteitä Kreikkalaiseen mytologiaan vaatetuksessaan.

C. A . Cupid is from the second signature dolls release and is standard height. She has the basic light skin which is a tad darker than her fair doll sisters or then it's just the colour of the doll patch. She has pink hair that has lighter pink stripes yet her hair still looks plain pink. She is the first doll who has hair only to her waist. (And as she is just opened she has a bad case of box hair. It means messy, wavy, frizzy ended hair.) A funny remark I just made is that all of the second signature release dolls has bangs! (Spoiler) Cupid has a small section token from front and curled almost to a roll. Her colours are pink in all of it's hues, black and bronze. She has many references to the Greek mythology in her clothing.

Cupidilla on kiiltävän pinkki luomiväri, tummat kulmakarvat ja vaaleanpunaiset huulet joiden keskelle on maalattu tummanpunainen sydän. Ihana yksityiskohta hänen silmissä on että pieni, kirkas piste mustuaisessa on sydämen muotoinen.
Hänellä on mustat sydämenmuotoiset korvakorut ja pronssinvärinen ornamentoitu hiuspanta jossa on lehdistä muodostettu sydän jonka läpi menee nuoli jonka pää on sydämen muotoinen. Hänellä on kaulakoruna pronssinvärinen nuoli jonka pää on myös sydämenmuotoinen ja johon hänen siivet on kiinnitetty. Hänen siivet ovat valkoiset ulkopuolelta ja sisäpuolella on pronssinväriset varjostukset. Siivet ovat hyvin perusenkelin siipien muotoiset.

Cupid has shiny pink eyeshadow, quite dark brows and light pink lips with a red heart painted in the middle. A lovely detail in her eyes is that the shiny dot in her pupil is shaped like a heart. 
She has black, heart shaped earrings and bronze, ornamented headband with pink heart made of leaves that is pierced by an arrow with heart shaped top. Her necklace is a similar arrow but in bronze, and her wings are attached to it. They are white from the outside and has bronze shadowing on the inside. The wings are quite basic angel wings.

On sen näköinen kuva että olisi pitänyt tehdä vangin kortti käteen pidettäväksi. :D
Mutta katsotaanpa mekkoa lähemmin. Yläosa on pinkki kietaisumallinen joka kyllä vahvasti menee päällekkäin mutta ei ole ommeltu kiinni joten vilautusvaara on punaisella matolla olemassa. Etuosan päällä on kultaista ja vaaleanpunaista tylliä hieman rypytettynä ja tämä jatkuu vasemmalle puolelle rypytetyksi ja pyöristetyksi puolihelmaksi. Olkapäillä on kiiltävät, pinkit osat. Helma on valkoinen jossa on pinkki kuvio ja kiiltäviä, pinkkejä nuolia lentämässä ylös ja alas. Reunassa on musta pitsi.
Vyö on mustaa nyöriä jonka oikealla puolen on pronssisia viinin lehtiä ja vasemmalla kolme nyöriä jotka roikkuvat toistensa ohi. Hänellä on myös mustat verkkosukkahousut.

But let's take a peek on the dress. The bodice is pink and overlaps strongly on front but isn't sewn shut so she should beware not to flash it on red carpet. On top of the front piece is light pink and golden tulle a bit ruffled and it continues to the left to a rounded, ruffled, half hem. On her shoulder she has shiny, pink flaps. Her hem is white with pink and shiny, pink arrows flying up and down. On the edge there is black lace.
The belt is black rope with bronze vine leaves on right and three black ropes hanging and overlapping on the left side. She also wears black fishnet stockings.

Cupidilla on pronssiset, ornamentoidut korkokengät joiden kantapää on viininlehteä ja korko on nuolenpää jossa on purppura sydän. Nilkkahihan päässä on siipi, joka on uskottavasti viittaus Hermekseen, kreikkalaiseen Jumalten sanansaattajaan, kuten Cupid on rakkauden sananasaattajana Ever After Highssa.

Cupid has bronze, ornamented high heels half made from vine leaves, and her heel is the end of an arrow with a purple heart. On the end of her ankle strap there is a wing, which probably is a reference to Hermes, a Greek messenger of Gods, just like Cupid is the messenger of love in Ever After High.

  Cupidilla on sormien ympärille kiertynyt nuoli sydänpäällä sormuksena, mustana kuten hänen korviksetkin. Ranteessa hänellä on hyvin yksinkertainen, pronssinen viinin lehdistä punottu rannerengas.

Cupid's ring is an arrow that's bent around her fingers and has a heart as an arrow. It's black as her earrings too. In her wrist she has a simple, bronze bracelet braided from vine leaves.

Cupidin jousi nuolineen, nuoliviineen ja näkymä miltä siivet oikeasti näyttävät. Kyllä, tuo pieni kaulakoru pitää tuota kaikkea paikoillaan. 
Cupidin jousi on pronssinen viininlehdin koristeltu, uskottavasti vastakaarijousi. Jousen keskikohta kaartuu hyvin lähelle narua. Jousen yläoassa on pinkki koriste joka näyttää lähinnä sieneltä jonka päässä on tupsu. En ole oikein keksinyt mitä se esittää.
Nuoliviini on kauniisti ornamentoitu ja siinä on purppura sydän ja musta, nahkainen hihna. Viini on luonnollisesti täynnä nuolia.
Nämä ovat ihastuttavia yksityiskohtia nukessa jolla on kuitenkin kruunut, korvikset, sormukset ja rannerengas. Mutta eihän Cupid olisi mitään ilman joustaan. :) Tosin nuolet ovat niin voimakkaita että niitä ei tule käyttää kevyesti.

Cupid's bow, quiver and wings as they are. Yes, that little necklace holds all that up. 
Cupid's bow is bronze, decorated with vine leaves and I think it's recurve bow. The middle of the bow comes very close to the string. On the top of the bow is a pink decoration that looks like a mushroom that has a tuft on top of it.I have no idea what it tries to represent.
The quiver is beautifully ornamented and has a decorative, purple heart and black leather strap. The quiver is naturally filled with arrows. 
These are delightful details on a doll that already has a headband, earrings, ring and bracelet! But what would Cupid be without her bow. :) Though the arrows are so powerful they are not to be used lightly.

Cupid ilman siipiään ja vyötään on hyvin yksivärinen. Kaipaisin jotain mustaa yksityiskohtaa vaatetukseen myös yläosassa tasapainottamaan kokonaisuutta. Vyönkin kanssa yläosa käy hyvin pinkiksi. Ehkä maalaan hiuskoristeen nuolen mustaksi että saan itseäni miellyttävän tasapainon aikaan.

Cupid without her wings and belt is quite monocoloured. I would wish there would be a black detail on top of the dress too to balance the entirety. Even with the belt the upper part is very pink. Perhaps I'll paint the arrow on her headband as black to create the balance I like.
